ever - changing TV room

The competition brief calls for the re-design of the interior of a typ - ical room (18 – 24m2) in a Greek four-star urban hotel. The specifi - cations are determined by the Greek National Tourism Organisation. The infamous hotel wallpaper is translated into a digi - tal shell of moving images and information. The interi - or, made up from 47 HD monitors, magnifies all that the relationship between an indoors landscape and the urban ou - todoors entails - contrast, mirroring, continuity, disruption, etc. From the sunset of Oia to a rural landscape and from icon - ic films to social media, the Ever-Changing TV Room pro - jects on its walls everything you will ever want to see or need to know. It proposes hospitality as a digital sanctuary
